SHIPPING : 1. For each item it is specified how long it will take us to ship it (check the product detail before checking out). After that the arrival of the item is subject to how long it takes the shipping company or postal service to deliver your article. Example if it says : ships in 3 days then it can take a further 2 days for the item to arrive in Nederland. 2. Orders that qualify for FREE SHIPPING are : 3. If your order does not qualify for FREE SHIPPING you will be informed of any shipping costs via email. We will provide with the necessary details to transfer to shipping costs. The amount due needs to be transferred (via paypal or direct bank transfer )before your order will be shipped. 4. FREE SHIPPING ONLY on products shown in our DESIGNS AVAILABLE section as long as stock lasts. Custom prints, orders over 1 article and other items than t shirts are NOT subject to free shipping. 5. You will be notified via email (to the email address you signed up with on Pay Pal) when your package is shipped so please wait for a confirmation email before you ask us if your package was sent. 6. If we are out-of-stock on a product you order, you will be contacted and informed on the matter.

RETURN POLICY : Any product that is customised to your needs (colours, design, etc.) and printed on demand we only accept returns on damaged products. So just because you do not like a product this will NOT qualify as a valid ground for return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will always try to help though! |
